General Policies
Reception opening hours are limited – between 09:00AM and 6:00PM . It is important to notify the building in advance of your arrival time by email reservations@almaria.pt or WhatsApp 00351 912 848 555. If you arrive after 18:00h, don’t worry! Although reception is already closed, you can contact our concierge to arrange your check-in.
Late check-out:
Check-out must be completed by 12:00PM. If you need more time, you can extend your check-out until 14:00 at no additional cost. Just check availability with our concierge.
Check-out after 2:00PM– has a cost equivalent to 1 night/day of accommodation.
The Lisbon City Tourist Tax is 4 euros per person, per night, and is applied to all guests over the age of 13, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Payment of this amount will be requested at check-in.
Common and important rules in Almaria:
At Almaria we respect the feeling of comfort, security and tranquility that we provide to our guests, for this reason:
We ask for silence between 8:00AM and 8:00AM;
Smoking is not permitted, either in apartments or in public spaces. Penalties may apply;
We do not allow people under the age of 18 to stay alone in our Accommodation;
It is not permitted for guests to leave the accommodation with items for personal use (bath/kitchen towels, glasses, cutlery, etc.);
We do not have parking in any of the Almaria Buildings;
Occupied apartments are cleaned daily until 5:00PM;
If the number of guests exceeds that indicated in the reservation, additional costs may apply, varying according to age (child or adult).
Please be advised that we do not accept bachelorette parties/events that may affect this feeling of our guests. If this is the purpose of your group, please do not book accommodation at Almaria as this will not be permitted.
